1 - "IN STOCK" notification
The item is available immediately and is on our premises. In this case, an order placed before 12.00* will be dispatched the same day. It will then take 1 to 5 days depending on the method chosen to receive it.
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on a working day will be dispatched the following day.
The article is not necessarily in stock in our premises on the day of the order but is available from our suppliers. Delivery takes 24/48 hours longer than expected for a direct departure from the supplier.

We update availability once a week. In some cases, an item may be displayed as "IN STOCK" but may not be available in sufficient quantity for your order. In this case, you will be informed and we will indicate a new lead time.
You may refuse a new delivery date and cancel the order if you are not happy with it. You will receive a full refund on request.
2 - "X days" notification
The item is not necessarily in stock in our premises on the day of the order but is available from our suppliers.
We will send your order directly from our supplier. Please allow between 3 and 6 days for your parcel to arrive.
3 - "6 to 15 days" notification
The item is not in stock, it is supplied to order. We place orders with our suppliers on the same day as we receive the customer order, for delivery that varies from 3 to 7 days, depending on our suppliers' stocks. Please allow between 6 and 15 days for us to receive your parcel.
Depending on the day we receive your order, we will need between 4 and 12 days to replenish stock and 48 hours for delivery.
