Cookies - 24 months for Google Analytics cookies
Purchase data - 5 years from the end of the relationship with the customer.
Prospective customer data - 5 years from the end of the relationship with the prospective customer.
The period begins either with the last connection to the prospect's account, or with the last call to customer service, or with the sending of an email to customer service. At the end of this period, the customer's or prospect's data will be rendered anonymous.
At the end of these periods, we may archive the data, in particular to comply with legal and tax requirements and legal proceedings.
