- At your convenience, you can then request a credit note or a refund for your product

- Fill in the details of the product you wish to return (one form per product)
- Stick the top part of the completed form to the top of the parcel
- Slide the completed form into the parcel
Please note that if you use this form, your withdrawal request will not be processed until your parcel has been received by our after-sales service, which will result in an additional delay.
