        On a hydraulic installation, DECC4070 hydraulic cylinders receive the energy supplied by the hydraulic oil and convert it into mechanical force. They are cylindrical in shape and separated by a piston. The 2 chambers are equipped with 2 hydraulic fluid inlet/outlet holes and are isolated from each other. The action of the hydraulic fluid, by pressurising one chamber, triggers the piston, which then generates a mechanical movement.

        We offer both single-acting and double-acting cylinders, as well as a whole range of components, bearings and seals, for their maintenance. At the end of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic cylinder is the key operating element, ensuring that the equipment runs smoothly. Good quality and perfectly maintained, it will always give the service expected of it.

        RECOMMENDATIONS
        Protect the circuit with a 200 bar pressure limiter
        Check the purity of the fluid, avoiding the presence of foreign bodies
        Install a filter on the hydraulic cylinder circuit
        Bleed the circuit by slightly unscrewing the supply connections before commissioning
        Do not weld on the tube
        Dismantle the cylinder to weld on the rod or base
        If hydraulic cylinders are to be stored for long periods, avoid storing them outdoors,
        The rod must be fully retracted into the tube and greased
        For high-pressure cleaning or sandblasting, the rod and oil inlets must be protected
        For double-acting cylinders working in single-acting mode, it is strongly recommended to connect
        the unused port to the tank
        If the cylinder is dismantled, note that the piston is screwed onto the end of the rod and fixed with
        fixed with industrial adhesive, so be sure to glue it in place when reassembling.
