        In a hydraulic installation, DECC50100 cylinders receive hydraulic energy and convert it into mechanical force. They are cylindrical in shape and separated by a piston. The 2 chambers manufactured in this way are equipped with one or more hydraulic fluid inlet and outlet holes and are isolated from each other. The action of the hydraulic fluid in pressurising one of the chambers triggers the piston, generating a mechanical movement.

        We offer not only single-acting and double-acting cylinders, but also a whole selection of components, bearings and seals required for their maintenance. At the end of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic cylinder is the essential operating element, ensuring that the equipment runs smoothly.         RECOMMENDATIONS
        Protect the circuit with a 200 bar pressure limiter
        Check the purity of the fluid, avoiding the presence of foreign bodies
        Install a filter on the hydraulic cylinder circuit
        Bleed the circuit by slightly unscrewing the supply connections before commissioning
        Do not weld on the tube
        Dismantle the cylinder to weld on the rod or base
        If hydraulic cylinders are to be stored for long periods, avoid storing them outdoors,
        The rod fully retracted into the tube and greased
        For high-pressure cleaning or sandblasting, the stem and oil inlets must be protected
        For double-acting cylinders working in single-acting mode, it is strongly recommended to connect
        The unused port on the tank
        If the cylinder is dismantled, note that the piston is screwed onto the end of the rod and
        Fixed with industrial adhesive, so be sure to glue it in place when reassembling.
