        Whatever its type, a hydraulic pump is a mechanical component that ensures the circulation of a fluid within a circuit. They all operate according to a basic physical law: the creation of a partial vacuum when they are primed, thanks to the activation of their moving element. The fluid to be displaced is drawn towards the pump inlet by the vacuum effect. The fluid is then pressurised by this moving part and pumped throughout the circuit.

        Extremely reliable, hydraulic gear pumps are widely used in industrial mechanics and the automotive sector. They can be connected to a motor via a drive shaft and gearbox, or driven by a small electric motor. They provide permanent pressure to circuits of up to 250 bar.
