        Whatever its type, a hydraulic pump is a mechanical element that moves a liquid within a circuit. They all operate on a simple physical principle: the creation of a partial vacuum on priming by activating their moving part. The fluid to be moved is then drawn towards the pump inlet by the vacuum effect. The fluid is then pressurised by this same moving part and released into the entire circuit.

        Extremely reliable, hydraulic gear pumps are widely used in industrial mechanics and the automotive sector. They can be coupled to a motor via a drive shaft and gearbox, or set in motion by a small electric motor. They provide constant pressure to circuits of up to two hundred and fifty bars.
