        Whatever its type, a hydraulic pump is a mechanical element that moves a fluid within a circuit. They all operate according to a basic physical law, creating a partial vacuum when they are primed by activating their moving part. The liquid to be displaced is drawn towards the pump inlet by the vacuum effect. It is then pressurised by this same moving part and pumped throughout the circuit.

        Extremely reliable, hydraulic gear pumps are widely used in industrial mechanics and the automotive sector. They can be coupled to a motor by means of a transmission shaft and gearbox, or set in motion by a small electric motor. They can permanently pressurise circuits up to two hundred and fifty bars.
