        Whatever its type, a hydraulic pump BTD3340D02 is a mechanical component that moves a fluid within a circuit. They all operate according to a basic physical law: the creation of a partial vacuum when the pump is primed, thanks to the movement of its moving part. The fluid to be moved is drawn into the pump inlet by the vacuum effect. The fluid is then pressurised by this same moving element and released into the entire circuit.

        Particularly reliable, hydraulic gear pumps are widely used in industrial mechanics and the automotive industry. They can be coupled to a motor via a drive shaft and gearbox, or driven by a small electric motor. They provide permanent pressure for circuits of up to two hundred and fifty bars.
