        In a hydraulic circuit, the fluid pressurised by the pump generates hydraulic energy which must be converted into mechanical force. This is precisely the function of hydraulic motors. Although there are several types, distinguished by the moving part of the motor, they all use the same technique. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the motor drives the internal moving parts of the motor, which are mechanically connected to a coupling shaft.
