A hydraulic circuit is a set of components, each with a precise function and necessary for the correct use of the installation. To choose the right component, you need to rely on the part number of the faulty part, and if this is not possible, on the instructions in the diagram or manual for the installation concerned. Never replace a component with one that is incompatible with the power rating of your circuit. Doing so will not only endanger the operators in charge of running it, but also the longevity of your system. - Hydraulic circuit:
The "K4" pressure switches close or open an electrical contact when the preset pressure is reached. This pressure is adjusted by turning the external screw, located on the top of the pressure switch, clockwise to increase it and anticlockwise to decrease it. The screw is protected by a plug. A mechanical system protects both the spring and the microswitch from overpressure.
